  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

  • Custom or Made-to-Order Items: May require additional processing time. Estimated production times will be noted on the product page.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and shipping method.

  • Estimated delivery times vary based on your shipping address and selected shipping option.

3. Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • We ship from Clarksville, Tennessee, USA.

  • All orders include tracking, which will be sent via email once the item is shipped.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other carriers.

4. International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping to select countries.

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

  • Delivery times vary and may be delayed due to customs processing.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to:

  • Incomplete or incorrect addresses

  • Unclaimed packages

If a package is returned to us, you may be responsible for reshipping fees.

7. Delays & Lost Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, once an item is handed to the carrier, it is out of our control. If your package is delayed or missing:

  • First, check your tracking information.

  • Contact the carrier (e.g., USPS) for updates.

8. Damaged Items During Transit

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number
