Return & Refund Policy

At Chiqui LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards or digital downloads

2. How to Initiate a Return

Include your order number and reason for the return. We will provide return instructions, including the return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging for our review.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Double-check your bank account

  • Contact your credit card company — it may take time before a refund is officially posted

  • Contact your bank
